Welcome to MasterPrompt (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. The service
MasterPrompt turns rough ideas into AI prompts. Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided “as is” — you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We don't guarantee any specific result.
2. Accounts
You may use the free tier without an account. Paid features require an account; you are responsible for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your access secure.
3. Credits, plans & payments
Paid plans and one-time credit packs are billed through our payment provider (Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record). Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle; one-time top-up credits do not expire. Prices are shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Because credits are consumable digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are used, except where required by law. Contact us for billing issues.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, generate harmful or infringing content, abuse the system, or attempt to bypass limits/security. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
