This policy explains what data MasterPrompt collects, why, and your rights over it.

1. What we collect

  • The prompts you submit and the enhanced output (to provide the service).
  • Account data if you sign in: email, and a display name if you add one.
  • Usage data: credit balance, transaction history, basic logs.
  • A hashed (not raw) IP for security and consent records.

2. Why (lawful bases)

To provide the service (contract), keep it secure (legitimate interest), process payments (contract), and — only if you opt in — send product updates and offers (consent).

3. Processors we use

We share data only with providers that run the service:
  • Supabase — authentication & database.
  • OpenAI — generates the enhanced prompts.
  • Dodo Payments — payments (Merchant of Record).
  • Resend — sends emails.
  • Google — optional Google sign-in.
  • Vercel — hosting.

4. Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you opt in. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can also turn it off anytime in your account settings. Account/security and billing emails are not marketing and are sent as part of the service.

5. Retention

We keep account and transaction data while your account is active. Delete your account anytime (Account → Danger zone) and we remove your profile, credits and history.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
